I’m Princess Hayes.
Strategist | Writer | The Architect of Visibility
I write at the intersection of mental health, systemic survival, and poetic truth — creating work that turns lived experience into collective conversation.
The Strategist: An Architect’s Eye
In my strategy work, I approach challenges with the precision of an architect. I believe that building a resilient life or organization requires a rigorous audit of the foundations. I help others organize their thoughts and systems, providing the structure needed to move from awareness to action.
The Writer: Lived Experience, Not Spectacle
I write from lived experience—carefully, intentionally, and with great respect for what it means to tell the truth without turning it into spectacle. My work explores discernment, faith, and the quiet decisions that change the direction of a life.
I am interested in what happens after awareness:
-
- How we heal without performing it.
-
- How faith matures without losing tenderness.
-
- How courage often looks quieter than we expect.
The Architect of Visibility: Beyond Anonymity
I believe that healing cannot happen in the shadows of a “church basement” mentality. My work as an advocate is rooted in the transition from the “grungy” secrecy of traditional models to a life lived in Technicolor. I trade anonymity for visibility, believing that we cannot heal what we are forced to hide. For me, recovery is not a court-mandated sentence; it is a luxury of clarity and a refusal to live in the gray.
The Books
My memoirs are the intersection of my analytical mind and my spiritual journey. They are rooted in personal reflection but written for anyone who has ever felt the tension between loyalty and clarity, silence and self-trust, belonging and becoming.

- Breaking the Cycle: A Mother’s Testimony of Faith, Freedom, and the Next Generation Status: In Progress · Publication Forthcoming. This book began as a private reckoning and became something more: a love letter, a boundary, and a form of protection. It is not about accusation or exposure—it is about understanding patterns, naming what no longer serves us, and choosing differently with wisdom and care.
The Space
This website exists for reflection, discernment, and thoughtful conversation. It is a place for those who seek to bridge the gap between where they have been and who they are becoming. More details and selected excerpts will be shared here as my work moves toward publication.
